ABOUT US

The company Ivis Marine d.o.o. was established in 2004, as a successor to the company Chris-Marine Adriatic d.o.o., which was founded in 1993, as one of the numerous sales and service branches in the world of the well-known Swedish company Chris-Marine AB, Malmö.
As such, the Chris-Marine Adriatic company was established as an authorized special service center for the Adriatic Sea and the entire Mediterranean area, and it has grown and been used for all other special service jobs of the Chris-Marine company throughout the world.
Ivis Marine d.o.o. continued the business path of its predecessor, in the same working space, in Rijeka, Croatia, with a work hall within the well-known Viktor Lenac shipyard, one of the leading shipyards for ship repair, ship conversion and offshore in the Mediterranean, and with the same service management and potential.
As a successor, Ivis Marine d.o.o., has continued to closely cooperate with Chris-Marine from the very beginning, but today as an authorized service contractor.

To meet the highest requirements in terms of measurements and preparation of measurement reports, we have and perform all services for measuring cylinder bores and measuring surface roughness before and after machining, and measuring surface planes with Damalini laser.
The flexibility and compatibility of our specialized repair services, knowledge and experience give us the ability to carry out complicated repairs on vessels in shipyards, ports and anchorages.

OUR SERVICES

The core business of Ivis Marine doo is providing experienced, specialized services from the full Chris-Marine program, including:

special machining of grinding valve seats and valve discs, 2-stroke and 4-stroke diesel engines, using various machines in the range of seat and valve dimensions from Ø40mm to Ø650mm;
special machining of honing cylinder liners of 2-stroke and 4-stroke diesel engines, and various cylinder bores, using various machines, in the dimension range from Ø150mm to Ø1000mm;
special machine processing of flat grinding of adjacent block bases, liners and covers of 2-stroke and 4-stroke diesel engines, using different machines, in the range of dimensions from Ø200mm to Ø1400mm;
special machine processing of flat sanding of pedestals up to approx. Ø4500mm;
special machining of seat grinding, using various machines, in the dimension range from Ø55mm to Ø250 mm.

EQUIPMENT

To perform the above-mentioned special service treatments, we have machines manufactured by "Chris-Marine", as follows:

for machining valve seats and valve discs, types MSD, VSL, LBD, 75H, 150S, HVG;
for cylinder liner honing, types HON MB, HON LB2, HON S, with about 10 different honing heads, and 3 types of honing tables WR, VKS;
for flat grinding of bases, types CPL, CPM, CPS with a warehouse of almost 100 different base plates for centering depending on manufacturers and engine types;
for seat machining, types HP, PSS.
